Receptionist

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, job applicants, and other visitors. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The position demands exceptional attention to detail, effective organizational skills, and experience handling billing and invoice payment processes. The Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations while providing a positive and professional experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner

• Answer and route approximately 15–20 incoming calls daily

• Manage front desk operations including call routing and visitor check-in

• Coordinate conference room reservations and food deliveries

• Assist with administrative tasks such as assembling folders and handling paperwork

• Cross-train on internal systems as applicable

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a receptionist, secretarial, or administrative role

• Strong phone handling skills, answering and routing calls professionally

• Ability to assemble folders and manage paperwork efficiently

• Clear understanding that this is a strictly temporary role, no potential for full-time conversion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in similar industry or field

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
