Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cold calls, emails, and outreach to prospective clients (Staffing/IT/Engineering industries).
- Generate and qualify leads through research, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and attend in-person client meetings, presentations, and capability pitches.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline on CRM/ATS.
- Partner with internal recruitment teams to support client requirements.
- Track activity metrics and report weekly progress.
