Finance/Insurance Manager

Work directly with our sales team to finalize vehicle purchases and secure financing options for our guests.

Explain various protection products and service contracts clearly to help clients make informed decisions about their investments.

Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork meets state and federal regulatory standards.

Build and maintain professional relationships with our network of local and national lending institutions.

Collaborate with the sales management team to ensure the vehicle delivery process is smooth and enjoyable for every customer.

Review credit applications and structure deals to balance dealership profitability with customer satisfaction.

Minimum of two years experience as an FI Manager in an automotive dealership.

Proficiency in Dealertrack or similar FI software platforms.

Strong understanding of automotive finance, banking relationships, and state compliance laws.

Current valid driver’s license.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate terms effectively and ethically.

Experience with menu-based selling strategies.

Capacity to manage high-volume paperwork with high attention to detail.
