What You’ll Be Doing
Permit Specialists take information provided by the technicians and coordinate with city / state inspectors and homeowners to have the services we provide professionally inspected. In this role, you will deliver a 5-star client experience to technicians and current clients, establish relationships with inspectors, and be exceptionally organized. They also provide assistance in answering the phones when the 5-Star CSR Team needs backup.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the pulling of permits and scheduling appointments with teams and customers.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Utilizing Excel and CRM systems for data entry and tracking.
- Collaborating with team members to streamline processes.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
