Are you a strategic contracting leader looking to make a meaningful impact in healthcare and world-class research? We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our Strategic Supply Chain team.

In this high-visibility, autonomous role, you will work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to lead our most complex, enterprise-wide vendor agreements. You will help shape category strategies, drive advanced cost negotiations, mitigate organizational risk, and lead transformative strategic sourcing initiatives.

• Experience: 5–7 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, commercial contracting, or contract management.DOCX

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) or equivalent practical experience.DOCX

• Contractual & Sourcing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of commercial contract terms, legal risk mitigation, and regulatory/compliance requirements.DOCX

• Technical Savvy: Proficiency with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software, ERP platforms, and enterprise data/analytics tools.DOCX

• Soft Skills: Superior negotiation, problem-solving, project management, and presentation skills with an ability to build immediate credibility across diverse stakeholder groups.DOCX

• Work Flexibility: Fully remote role with minimal local site travel.DOCX

• Strategic Contracting & Negotiation: Lead the creation, redlining, review, and negotiation of complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise and hospital supplier agreements.

• End-to-End Sourcing & SCM: Spearhead market analyses, RFP evaluations, vendor selections, and contract executions while delivering measurable cost savings and risk mitigation.

• Portfolio & Category Strategy: Build and execute category, supplier, and contract strategies aligned with long-term organizational goals.

• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate directly with senior executives, Legal, IT, Finance, Compliance, and clinical/business leads across the system.

• Leadership & Process Improvement: Champion organizational change, resolve evaluation roadblocks, optimize supply chain operations, and mentor junior contracting team members.
