Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Maintenance & Repair:Perform routine preventative maintenance (PMs) on various manufacturing and packaging machinery, including injection molding machines, offset printing presses, blenders, fillers, and other process equipment.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to quickly resolve equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.Inspect and test machine operation to determine the cause of malfunctions and implement appropriate repairs or adjustments.Assemble, install, and modify new and existing equipment, working with blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Facility & Utilities Upkeep:Conduct general upkeep and repairs of the physical building and grounds, including basic carpentry, plumbing, and painting.Perform maintenance on facility support systems such as HVAC, boilers, compressors, and electrical systems (lighting, circuit breaker panels, etc.).Maintain organized and accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, parts used, and work orders using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Safety & Compliance:Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Confined Space Entry, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) required for a pharmaceutical/cosmetic environment.Ensure all equipment is maintained in compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, OSHA).
