Join a global leader in prestige beauty where creativity meets operational excellence in a flexible, hybrid work environment.salary: $24.99 - $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do:Manage the lifecycle of calendarized color cosmetic projects from pre-formula approval through to final release.Serve as the primary point of contact for Third-Party Manufacturers (TPMs), gathering technical documentation and driving compliance actions.Facilitate communication between R&D, Regulatory, Safety, and Marketing teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.Maintain rigorous documentation standards in alignment with Global Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and R&D procedures to uphold data integrity.What You’ll Bring:Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field1–2 years of professional experience in Project Management, Formulation, Regulatory Affairs, or R&D Operations.Foundational knowledge of cosmetic chemistry or drug regulatory requirements.Compensation & Schedule:Pay Rate: $25.00/hour.32 hours per week (Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
