You will work under the direction of the Lab Manager to ensure products move seamlessly from the bench to full-scale production.✅ What You’ll Need to SucceedEducation: College diploma or a minimum 2-year university degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant scientific field.Technical Skills: Hands-on lab skills, computer proficiency, and experience operating standard lab equipment.Physical Ability: Must be comfortable with long hours of standing and light to medium lifting (up to 10kg) for pails, boxes, and ball milling operations.Soft Skills: solid written/oral communication and the ability to cope in a demanding, fast-paced laboratory environment.Safety First: A strict commitment to health, safety, GMP, and data-integrity guidelines.
