The Day-to-Day: What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our team, you will provide extraordinary care to public sector participants regarding their retirement accounts:
- Handle high-volume incoming calls and resolve basic topics such as account balances, distribution questions, and password resets.
- Analyze and resolve general account inquiries, plan fees, and plan questions, leveraging your comprehensive training.
- Educate customers on complex financial topics like tax implications, penalties, death benefit protection, and lifetime income benefits.
- Resolve routine processing errors and strive for first-time final resolution on every call.
The Details
- Location: Columbus, OH (3 Nationwide Plaza)
- Work Schedule: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
- Compensation: $19/hr starting pay
- Training: 7 weeks of comprehensive, paid training (M-F, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
- Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 11:00 PM) & Saturday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Open availability is required.
