Randstad Staffing is seeking a Director of Operations for a pharmaceutical warehouse. The ideal candidate has prior experiece in pharmaceuticals, strong leaderhsip skills, compliance, procurement, financial planning, hiring and management. We are looking for someone to take our operations to the next level at one of the fastest growing RX wholesaler in the country.
salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities
The Director of Warehouse Operations overseas our warehouse operations, including forecasting, demand
planning and procurement, and inbound/outbound transactions, and carrier services, to ensure the
efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods to our customers. This role executes the strategy to expand
and evolve the warehouse operations function. This individual reports to the COO & CEO and
works collaboratively with the executive team to develop and drive transformation initiatives to satisfy
internal and external customers’ demands and provide innovative solutions.
Essential Functions
Develop and implement warehouse operations strategies that support the company's overall
business objectives.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics providers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
Optimize transportation and distribution networks to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to warehouse operations and distribution operations.
Deploy new processes, standards, and operational plans for the warehouse operations management function.
Ensure all warehouse operations activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Ten years of warehouse operations management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelors degree
- working in a smoke free environment
