Customer Service Representative (Temporary Consultant)

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role serves as the crucial first point of contact for both prospective and existing customers, specializing in handling inbound inquiries, qualifying customer needs, and scheduling consultations.

QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or appointment scheduling role.
Excellent phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a calm, professional tone under pressure.
Proven experience handling a high volume of inbound calls and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Inquiry Management: Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
Customer Needs Assessment: Listen attentively to customer needs to understand the nature of their inquiry and provide accurate information about company offerings.
Consultation Scheduling: Use an empathetic and solution-oriented approach to turn inquiries into scheduled, in-home consultations. Manage reschedules or cancellations promptly.
Data Accuracy & CRM Management: Capture, record, and enter all necessary customer and appointment data accurately into the CRM system.
Lead Tracking: Ensure all inbound leads are properly documented, tracked, and assigned within the CRM. Update customer records following each interaction.
Follow-up Support: Support outbound follow-up efforts for missed calls, voicemail messages, or unconfirmed leads as needed.
Customer Experience: Provide a consistent, positive experience for every customer by maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout the call process.
