Details:5-month contract, potential to extendSchedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pmFully remote - candidates must live within 1 hour of Renton, WAEquipment provided (pickup in Renton, WA)Pay Rate: $21/hr paid weekly Responsibilities:Responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from patients, scheduling medical appointments, and coordinating services line to ensure seamless patient care.The Customer Service Representative is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction and retention by providing members, customers, patients and providers with accurate, consistent, timely and meaningful information.They will provide support to member inquiries and issues as they utilize the healthcare plan and provider services, continuing to build rapport and collaborative relationships with current and prospective members in accordance with compliance guidelines.1 years of high volume call center experience requiredHigh School Diploma/GED Equivalent requiredDrug Screening (excludes THC), and Criminal Background Check requiredCandidates must work from home.
