In this position, you will be the first face and voice of our organization. This is a high-visibility, 100% onsite role responsible for delivering exceptional client service and managing the daily operational flow of our Client Center.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all clients. Provide a personalized escort to meeting rooms, offering professional coat and bag check services.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs to ensure a smooth, high-touch experience for every visitor.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external partners, including Catering, Security, A/V, and Facilities, ensuring efficient daily operations and event support.
- Track and update all events using the reservation system, MS Office Suite, and Outlook.
- Manage incoming calls and messages and log packages
- Submit facilities tickets for events and maintain inventory for the business center.
