This position is HYBRID, with 2-3 days in the Worcester office per week.The Role As a Service Representative in the Customer Service Center, you will be the voice of the brand, responsible for providing timely, quality service to agents, commercial policyholders, and vendors.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Respond to customer requests via phone and email from policyholders, agents, and peers.Policy Management: Handle inbound/outbound calls, issue certificates of insurance, and manage other policy servicing items.Operational Support: Index Outlook mailboxes and assist with First Party Collections or Returned Mail requests.High Standards: Maintain service level expectations for certificate and ID card requests while meeting productivity goals.What We Are Looking For:Experience: Typically 2 years of related experience in Customer Service.Education: A college degree is preferred, but not required.Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to engage active listening and professional telephone etiquette.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in operating proprietary software and accessing online resources.Team Player: Ability to work well within a dynamic team environment.Join a team where your potential is recognized.
