The Role: You will manage and streamline the order process, ensuring accurate customer data and on-time delivery. This role requires working proactively to identify and resolve potential issues while collaborating closely with Sales, Logistics, Product Development, and our Asia-based operations team.
What You'll Bring:
3-4 years of experience in Order Operations, Order Management, Sales Operations, or Sales Support.
MUST HAVE: Expert-level proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets or Excel, specifically with VLOOKUP, & Pivot Tables

Responsibilities

- Support account management functions by maintaining detailed records, handling updates, and ensuring customers receive timely information.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Traffic, Product Development, Customer Support) to resolve issues and maintain operational accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies and troubleshoot order concerns to drive customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and documentation standards.
Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in account coordination, order management, sales support, or customer operations
