Job Description:
Are you a hardworking and detail-oriented individual looking for a role in a fast-paced production environment? Join our team! This position involves working at various stations along a production line, ensuring our products are packaged efficiently and safely. We prioritize a safe and ergonomic workspace and cross-train all team members to prevent injuries and promote skill development. Key Responsibilities: *Assemble and prepare carton boxes for packing. *Pick and pack products from a conveyor belt into appropriate containers. * Be able to count product *Verify product weight and quantity to ensure accuracy and quality. *Operate wrapping and taping machines to seal trays. *Inspect packaged products for proper sealing and quality. *Place wrapped trays into cases and stack finished cases onto pallets. *Adhere to all company food safety, quality, and workplace safety regulations, including GMPs and OSHA rules. Qualifications: *Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting. *Strong attention to detail. *Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team. *Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required.
