The Perks & Pay Get rewarded for your hard work with competitive pay and a team culture that puts you first. 1st Shift: $20.00/hr (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) 2nd Shift: $21.00/hr (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) 3rd Shift: $22.00/hr (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM) The Rhythm of the Role We operate a high-octane facility that never stops! To keep the nation's pantries stocked, we need a flexible and committed crew. The Schedule: Expect to work 4 to 5 days per week. Availability: We are a 24/7 operation! Candidates must have open availability 7 days a week (Monday-Sunday). Your specific days off will rotate, ensuring the mission never stops. What You'll Do You aren't just a "worker"you're an operator at the heart of the action. Master the Machines: Own your station by operating and troubleshooting industry-leading equipment. Lead the Charge: Take the reins on critical startup and changeover processes to keep production flowing.
