Includes every other weekend and Holidays.

Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our production, lab, and warehouse areas. As a GMP Cleaning Associate, you will be responsible for executing cleaning operations in compliance with safety and quality standards, following Biopharm Safety Procedures and cGMP practices. Availability for off-shift hours, including night work, may be required.
Job Responsibilities :
Safety :
Adhere to all EHS procedures, standards, and PPE requirements.
Report incidents or accidents to the appropriate personnel.
Raise ZAPs for any EHS concerns that arise.
Participate in Stop for Safety Sessions during respective shifts.
Quality :
Comply with GMP procedures at all times.
Promptly report any abnormalities or adverse events to FLL (OLN, Rapid Response, deviation).
Conduct area cleaning according to established protocols and maintain records as required.
Performance :
Strictly follow site cleaning procedures and schedules.
Ensure punctual attendance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization according to 5S principles.
Engage professionally with team members and staff.
Education & Qualifications :
High School Diploma required.
Strong reading and comprehension skills to execute GMP Cleaning activities safely and efficiently.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sterile or GMP Cleaning operations within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries, or equivalent experience of 5 or more years.
Prior pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is preferred.
Familiarity with cGMP guidelines, regulatory standards, and standard operating procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic knowledge of safety and GMP requirements.
Understanding of the importance and implications of cleaning tasks.
Proficiency in systems such as SAP / MERPS, VQD, Syncade, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to procure necessary materials for cleaning tasks effectively.
Ensure proper documentation to accurately reflect completed cleaning activities.
Strong orientation towards quality and compliance with a proven track record.
