We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for a Temporary Project Management Support/Assistant Project Management role in our Jessup, MD office. The primary goal of this position is the efficient and meticulous closeout of documentation for recently completed construction projects (approximately 2-3 projects initially). This role requires a focus on administrative accuracy and document management to deliver a clean, comprehensive closeout packet to the General Contractor (GC) and client. Role: Temporary Project Management Support/Assistant Project Management
- Duration: 3–6 months
- Start Date: First week of December
- Initial Schedule (Through Q1): Full-time, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (35–40 hours per week).
- Schedule Flexibility: The Project Management team operates on a hybrid schedule; this person can have a flexible schedule mirroring the team's arrangement.
- Reassessment: After March (or end of Q1), the role may be reassessed and potentially shift to part-time, or a determination will be made regarding the need for a long-term (full-time or permanent) employee.

Responsibilities
- Document Submissions & Tracking: Handle all project-related submissions, including uploading and updating documents within the project management software.
- Closeout Documentation Assembly: Compile and organize all required closeout documentation into a clean, organized packet for final delivery to the client/GC. This core function includes gathering:
- Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
- Final inspection reports.
- Final permits and regulatory approvals.
- Completion forms and other required sign-offs.
- Administrative Management: Upload and track various construction documents, including Requests for Information (RFIs), change orders, and final drawings.
- System Maintenance: Ensure accuracy and proper organization of all project files and data within designated platforms.
