We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Electronics Quality Inspector to ensure the integrity of complex electronic assemblies, primarily for military and aerospace applications (RF/Microwave hardware). You will be a critical guardian of quality, verifying compliance from incoming materials to final product assembly. US Citizenship is required for this role. Documentation and Compliance
Maintain a complete understanding of engineering drawings, standards, and manufacturing operation sheets for all parts and assemblies.
Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine product specifications.
Possess deep familiarity with industry quality standards, including J-STD-001 soldering and IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.
Generate inputs for Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) based on inspection operations performed.
Utilize and maintain standard record keeping documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
Able to create comprehensive reports and summaries of inspection findings.

Responsibilities
Perform detailed incoming, in-process, and final inspections of electronic components, detailed parts, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
Conduct incoming inspection for verification of acceptability, utilizing AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) requirements.
Verify specified dimensions and characteristics of products using conventional inspection equipment, including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and optical inspection tools.
Ensure proper and complete inspections have been performed to maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
Conduct specialized inspections when required for customer complaints, engineering evaluations, and Material Review Board (MRB) requests.
Fulfill and adhere to all established quality standards, inspection processes, quality plans, documents, and reports.
