Medical Copywriter

Seeking a Medical Copywriter for a large Medical company. This will be a W2 position through December 2026.

We are seeking a skilled Copywriter to write compelling copy across various media channels tailored for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). You will be crucial in ensuring our messaging aligns with the tone of voice and messaging hierarchy while adhering to our regulatory guidelines. Your role will involve writing clear and engaging content for both digital media and full campaigns, working collaboratively with designers and marketing teams to meet project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine clear, engaging copy that adheres to tone of voice and messaging hierarchy
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful content
• Adapt existing marketing materials to fit alternative media channels, ensuring consistent messaging
• Ensure all content complies with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
• Edit and proofread copy to maintain high quality and accuracy
• Utilize best practices for content creation across multiple media platforms
• Contribute to both digital media copywriting and comprehensive campaign development.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, demonstrating excellent time-management and organizational skills

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a copywriter or in a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content.
• Medical writing experience is required
• In-depth knowledge of best practices for content across various media
• Exceptional creative writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to take campaign strategy and implement through entire comms plan materials
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience learning & writing with clinical terminology, product capabilities, and outcomes of studies
• Able to articulate key benefits of the brands to our healthcare partners and their patients with impact
• Making a difference in real patient lives across chronic wounds, surgery, trauma, and hospital care
