Accommodations Specialist - 9-12 months or longer - HYBRID - 3 days in office / 2 days remote
In office days can be based out of one of the following locations:
Rockville, MD
Washington, DC
Tysons Corner, VA
Project Description
The Accommodations POC will provide direct support organization-wide to individuals seeking a medical or religious accommodation. The Accommodation POC will serves as a subject matter expert and act as a point of contact for all Accommodation related requests.
The Accommodation POC will participate in the interactive process with individuals seeking accommodation, and partner with leadership, HR, and legal to determine timely solutions. The role is highly collaborative with various groups across the organization and requires heightened skills in facilitating sensitive conversations related to confidential information. The role reports to the Employee Relations Senior Director.
Minimum of 3 years of Accommodations experience in a corporate environment.
Minimum of a High School Education experience
Comfortable with high volume - in touch issues. (team handled over 500 accommodation requests last year)
Salary : $35 - $40
