This is a direct hire opportunity with flexible schedules and excellent long-term growth potential. The Maintenance Technician will support day-to-day production by maintaining bakery equipment, responding to breakdowns, and performing preventive maintenance across mixers, ovens, conveyors, packaging lines, and facility systems. Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on mixers, ovens, conveyors, cooling tunnels, and automated packaging equipmentPerform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections to minimize downtimeSupport changeovers and production line setupsReplace worn parts (belts, bearings, sprockets, seals, etc.)Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including leak repairs and valve adjustmentsOperate forklifts, scissor lifts, and power tools safelyConduct minor fabrication tasks (cutting, grinding, drilling)Document repairs, parts usage, and downtime activityFollow GMPs, PPE use, and lockout/tagout proceduresCollaborate with Production, Quality, and Sanitation teams to maintain a clean and efficient operation️ Qualifications & Skills:Minimum Requirements:2 years of mechanical maintenance experience in food, bakery, or high-speed manufacturingExperience maintaining Auto-Bake Serpentine ovensStrong troubleshooting skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systemsComfortable working in fast-paced environments and independently solving issuesAbility to read equipment manuals, schematics, and basic mechanical diagramsMust have own hand tools; secure onsite toolbox providedPreferred:Bilingual (English/Spanish)Welding/fabrication experienceFamiliarity with automated bakery systems and industrial ovens
