responsibilities:
Taking complete ownership of technical projects from conception through deployment, actively partnering with diverse business units to leverage your technical expertise.
Analyzing beyond basic, stated requirements to uncover and solve the true underlying business challenges.
Challenging the status quo by continuously optimizing current systems and workflows to achieve maximum technical excellence.
Researching and integrating emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the firm's platforms at the cutting edge.
Delivering tangible results from day one within a high-trust environment that empowers you to fully utilize your skill set.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field from a highly competitive university, maintaining a minimum 3.3 GPA.
Deep professional expertise in object-oriented programming, with recent, hands-on experience in C#/.NET, Java, or Python.
Solid practical experience designing, querying, and interacting with SQL databases.
Proven background deploying, scaling, or managing applications in modern cloud environments, specifically Azure or AWS.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of running toward complex problems and taking complete ownership of development initiatives.
Exceptional communication abilities to effectively bridge the gap between technical development teams and high-level business clients.
