responsibilities:

- Manage and support Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Troubleshoot email flow, mailbox provisioning, and hybrid configurations.

- Monitor and automate operational tasks using PowerShell and administrative APIs.

- Support deployment and configuration of Microsoft Copilot across M365 services.

- Assist in developing usage guidelines and training materials for AI tools.

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify operational efficiencies through AI and automation.

- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.

qualifications:

8 years of experience in Exchange and messaging operations.

- 2 years of experience supporting AI/ML tools or platforms.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange hybrid deployments, and Active Directory.

- Experience with PowerShell scripting and monitoring tools.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI services.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
