Senior Account Manager – Enterprise Account (Bentonville, AR)

Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive business expansion within our flagship global Retail & CPG enterprise account based in Bentonville, AR. Embedded directly with the client, you will act as a strategic partner driving growth across IT staffing, technical services, and outcome-based solutions.

What You Get to Do:

• On-Site Client Engagement: Work on-site 3 days per week at the client campus to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
• Strategic Account Expansion: Navigate product-driven enterprise domains (e.g., E-Commerce, Supply Chain & Logistics, Digital Experience, and Enterprise Technology) to uncover new white space and grow existing business.
• Full-Spectrum IT Sales: Strategically position and sell high-margin IT staffing, as well as outcome-based digital services and fixed-bid projects.
• High-Velocity Execution: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by rapidly qualifying high-priority project requests and job orders, executing RFPs, and performing full lifecycle account management.
• Organizational Agility: Adapt seamlessly to frequent client reorganizations, maintaining key contact mapping and expanding network reach across business units.
• Cross-Functional Delivery Alignment: Partner closely with dedicated recruiting delivery teams, local delivery management, and global delivery centers to ensure seamless execution.

What You Need to Bring:

• Location: Reside within commuting radius of Bentonville, AR (e.g., Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville) with the ability to work on-site 3 days per week.
• Core Sales Experience: Proven track record selling IT staffing, technical services, or digital solution offerings.
• Enterprise Scale: Demonstrated experience managing and expanding large, global complex enterprise accounts; prior Retail or CPG client experience is strongly preferred.
• Client Management & Drive: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills paired with a high-energy, competitive mindset.

Randstad Digital operates in a hybrid work model in areas where we have offices. There should be no expectations that this is a full time remote role, even in areas where we have no offices at the time of hire. You are expected to comply with our hybrid work policy and guidelines.

Base Salary: $60K-80K Annually plus uncapped commissions based on sales performance

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
