Provide support to the business in using applications and services. Contributes to maintaining and operating our end user and onsite services. Support either remotely (e.g., Service Desk, User Administration, User Requests) or locally (Time Critical Support, Desk Side Support).
Requirements:
1-2 years of end user IT Support experience in an enterprise environment
ServiceNow experience is preferred or experience with similar ticketing
