We're hiring junior to mid-level Java developers preferably with both back-end and front-end experience. This individual will be supporting large enterprise applications within the Consumer Lending Loan Servicing line of business for a large financial institution. Candidates will be expected to interview and work on-site.

Must Haves
- 1-3 years professional software engineering experience with Java (
- Experience with Spring (Spring Boot) framework
- Basic backend/microservices/API knowledge (CRUD, REST APIs)
- SQL/database fundamentals
- Familiarity using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (able to clearly interpret and follow requirements)
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Kafka
- Front-end exposure (Angular or React) / full-stack capability
- Containerization / Docker experience
- Familiarity with CI/CD and source control (Git)
- Experience migrating/apps modernization using AI-assisted tools
- Side projects or demonstrable passion for software development
