ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Analyze User Requirements: Analyze user requirements and design technical solutions.
- Develop Complex Systems: Develop and maintain complex systems and subsystems.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure developers and stakeholders are aligned.
- Ensure Code Quality: Review code to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Understand Technical Stack: An awareness and understanding of the entire technical stack available to developers.
- Ability to exploit the proper technology for specific reasons.
- Stay Current on Technology: Maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art technology and industry trends and recommend technologies to department leadership.
- Participate in Project Planning: Participate in project planning activities utilizing agile development methodologies and provide technical input.
