Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex laptop and hardware issues for a diverse enterprise user base.
- Lead Windows 11 upgrade initiatives and manage the full lifecycle of hardware (IMACD).
- Ensure system security and compliance through Windows EUC patching via BigFix.
- Support onsite collaboration by troubleshooting Audio/Video equipment and meeting room technology.
- Proven experience in enterprise-level IT end-user support and hardware maintenance.
