WMS Developer (VB.NET / C#) - Remote EST

Job Summary

Must Have Skills: Must be proficient in either VB.NET or C# (but not both). Must also be proficient in SuiteQL, SuiteScript, and JavaScript. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Plus / Nice to Have Skills: Exposure to distribution, warehouse operations, and manufacturing. (Note: Unlike the NetSuite role, EDI experience is NOT required for the WMS position).

Salary Requirements (base, bonus, incentive plans, benefits overview): 110,000 maximum basesalary∗∗.∗Note:If submitting a candidate who is strong in WMS/VB.NET but needs to be trained internally on NetSuite(SuiteScript/SuiteQL),the target salary strategy is a heavily discounted∗∗85,000 to $95,000 range ("try and buy" model)*. Job Location (WFH, On site, Hybrid specifics): 100% Remote, but the candidate must reside in the Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop, maintain, and support NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.x.

 Create And Maintain

• User Event Scripts
• Scheduled Scripts
• Map/Reduce Scripts
• Suitelets
• RESTlets

 Design and optimize SuiteQL queries and Saved Searches.

 Support and troubleshoot NetSuite ERP issues across multiple departments.

 Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems such as:

• WMS systems
• EDI platforms
• Shipping systems
• Third-party APIs
• Celigo or other integration platforms
  
  

 Create dashboards, KPIs, custom reports, and analytics for business users.

 Assist with NetSuite administration and system configuration.

 Support warehouse and operational process improvements within NetSuite and WMS.

 Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize existing scripts and searches.

 Maintain proper documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrations.

 Participate in testing, deployments, and change management processes.

 Work closely with departments such as Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service,

Purchasing, Finance, and Sales to analyze and optimize business processes within

NetSuite and related systems.

 Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and process

standardization across departments.

 Translate business requirements into technical solutions that improve operational

workflows and user experience.

 Participate in cross-functional meetings to support continuous improvement initiatives

and system enhancements.

 Assist departments with process troubleshooting, reporting needs, and operational

improvements through technology solutions.

 Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

 Provide support during upgrades, implementations, and new feature rollouts.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

 3 years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.

 Experience with NetSuite integrations and APIs.

 Strong understanding of NetSuite record structures and transaction flows.

 Experience troubleshooting and optimizing NetSuite performance.

 Strong SQL knowledge.

 Experience with JavaScript development.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience in distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.

 Experience with WMS systems and warehouse operations.
