Responsibilities
You have a real passion for accuracy, clarity, and elimination of ambiguity.
You are deeply effective in written and verbal communications and are dedicated to tailoring content to the appropriate audience (business vs. technology, associate vs. management, etc.)
You are a self-starter who can rapidly assimilate business processes, goals and objectives and distill them into well-defined requirements
You understand how technology can automate business processes and can effectively propose, challenge, and engage in ideation with systems architecture, business operations and partner technology teams in formulating software designs and solutions.
Good interpersonal and leadership and influencing skills (without direct authority of others)
Self-driven, self-managed, energetic, passionate, and motivated with the ability to work independently to deliver results
Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills
Proven experience working with REST, SOAP, JSON and APIs
Proven experience with Agile development methodologies
Deep knowledge of scrum tools - Jira experience desirable
Excellent analytical skills
Good knowledge of Behavior Driven Development - Gherkin/Cucumber
Release coordination
Be able to articulate complex system interactions through diagrams and crisp documentation to a wide spectrum of audiences
Ability to understand the technical aspects of the software, including understanding of code to be able to understand the business logic, understand technical architecture
Produce artifacts - business flow diagrams
Have good understanding of solution architecture and partner with Architects, Business Analysts and tech leads
Have end to end knowledge of system interactions and be able to articulate well to different audiences both technical and non-technical
Prod incidents analysis - Splunk queries, build dashboards/alerts

Responsibilities
- Deep knowledge of Mainframe COBOL, VSAM files, Batch/Online Process, Batch Scheduler, IOM (Input/Output Modules) and CICS.
- Experience in finance domain and corporate actions
- Proven experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) preferably worked with DB2, Oracle and/or Postgres and digging into data using logging tools.
- Proven professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions, preference around modernizing from legacy to cloud systems. Knowledge of payment systems is a bonus.
- Experience researching, optimizing, developing, and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems.
- Proven experience with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving & interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related technology discipline.
