Responsibilities
- Scheduling program meetings which will include public and external partners
- Managing calendars for the Program Director and Deputy Director
- Coordinating onboarding for new workforce members
- Taking meeting minutes,
- Updating decision or action logs,
- Sending email memorandums, which include public and external partners
- Monitoring the Program inbox
- Tracking assignments
Top Required Skills (prefer 5 years of experience with each):
- Calendar management
- Project task tracking
- Meeting preparation
- Workforce onboarding support
- Familiarity with State and Federal government structure
- Familiarity with federal grant management terminology
- Microsoft Office suite fluent, including Teams, Planner, Lists, SharePoint, Visio, Project, Outlook, Excel, and Word
