Responsibilities
Leading scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety management across assigned projects.
Coordinating design reviews, weekly progress meetings, and stakeholder updates.
Managing budgets, purchase orders, and change management documentation.
Publishing detailed project schedules and milestones using MS Project.
Ensuring compliance with design standards and safety procedures.
Maintaining all documentation through document control systems.
Qualifications
10 years of progressive experience in Construction Management, ideally on large-scale data center, mission-critical, or industrial projects.
5 years of direct experience managing utility infrastructure scope, specifically substation and transmission projects.
Expertise in formal Project Management and Process Efficiency methodologies.
Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and cost through established change control processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with professional tools like Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Adobe for documentation and design review.
Experience with Change Management or business process implementation (e.g., ERP, procurement systems).
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
