Required Experience
Calendar Management/Scheduling for multiple Managers/Executives (a plus if for fast paced enterprise financial/banking clients)
Software Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using SAP Concur for travel and expense management.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues independently by following documented procedures.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interface with senior leadership, external guests, and internal administrative teams. Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Creating and managing meetings for up to 8 supported senior managers
- Proactive calendar support
- Responding to meeting requests
- Handle & drive to resolve calendar & scheduling conflicts
- Sending/responding to meeting polls
- Identify and resolve problems (if applicable) per documented procedures
- Travel: Book and manage travel arrangements through SAP Concur software
- Expense: Prepare and manage expense filings through SAP Concur software
