2nd shift picker/packer

Job Description:
Randstad is now hiring Logistics Team Members for 2nd shift positions in Belton. This role is a great fit for anyone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is looking for a 5-day schedule. You will be a key part of the fulfillment process, using handheld scanners to find products, packing items securely for shipping, and keeping our inventory organized. Because this shift runs from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, it is ideal for those who prefer to have their mornings free. We provide all the training you need, so you do not need years of previous warehouse experience to be successfuljust a focus on accuracy and a willingness to stay active. Along with a starting pay of $18/hour, you will receive weekly pay every Friday. Since this is a 5-day work week, any weekend work results in overtime pay, which is a great way to significantly increase your weekly earnings. You will also be eligible for our "Perfect Attendance" drawings, "Return to Work" awards, and referral bonuses.

• up to 35 lbs. (medium lifting)

• Build, wrap, sort pallets
• Packing & Labeling product according to specifications
• Operate RF scanner
• Verify quality & quantity according to order and invoices
• Operate hand truck/dolly
