1st shift picker/packer

Job Description:
Randstad is hiring Warehouse Operations Associates for a consistent 1st shift in Belton. This role is perfect if you are an early riser who wants your evenings free, with a schedule running from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will be the person responsible for making sure our customers get exactly what they ordered. Your day will involve using hand scanners to find items, packing them safely into boxes, and keeping an accurate count of our inventory. The job is active and keeps you moving, so it is ideal if you prefer staying busy over sitting at a desk. We provide full training, so you do not need years of warehouse experience to startjust a good eye for detail and a reliable work ethic. Along with $17/hour, you will get paid every Friday and have access to extra rewards like our "Perfect Attendance" drawings, "Return to Work" awards, and referral bonuses. Since this is a 5-day work week, any weekend work counts as overtime, which is a great way to boost your weekly take-home pay.

work hours: 06:00 AM - 04:30 PM

• up to 35 lbs. (medium lifting)

• Build, wrap, sort pallets
• Packing & Labeling product according to specifications
• Verify quality & quantity according to order and invoices
• Operate hand truck/dolly
