What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech III position at Randolph Health?
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the physical plant, buildings, and grounds. Responsible for inspecting, trouble shooting, adjusting and making necessary repair to the physical plant, equipment, systems, buildings, and grounds. Requires the use of good engineering practices, compliance with various codes and standards with close coordination with all hospital personnel. Responsible for coordinating work schedules and completing projects relating to the general upkeep of the facility. Provides oversight to contractors and vendors.
High school graduate or equivalent. Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing license preferred or equivalent work experience with at least 5 years. Building Automation; CFC. Must have knowledge of shop tools of various kinds. Must be able to climb ladders, and be able to lift 50-100 lbs. Must be able to distinguish colors.
Prefers two or three years experience in building and maintenance tasks, or four years experience in construction or renovation.
