What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver position at Randolph Health?
Responsible for the direct transportation of physically limited passengers to and from their destinations. Involves constant interaction with participants, caregivers and community service providers. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and operate handicap accessible vehicles. Only act within the scope of his/her authority to practice. Good communication skills. Meets a standardized set of competencies for the specific position description established by StayWell Senior Care and approved by CMS before working independently. Valid NC driver’s license and safe driving record. Must be insurable under hospital’s insurance policy. High school diploma or GED required.
