Qualifications
- Strong clinical and technical skills, including patient assessments, administering treatments, and documenting medical information
- Proficient in communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to educate and counsel patients regarding treatment plans and condition management
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize patient care tasks efficiently
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Experience in outpatient or clinic-based nursing care is a plus
