What are the responsibilities and job description for the Emergency Services 9-1-1 Training Coordinator position at Randolph County?
Description
Performs skilled technical work in planning, organizing, scheduling, coordinating, and conducting department in-service training programs, to include continuing education, new employee orientation, and new employee training academy. Will maintain employee training records, compile, schedule and analyze quality management data and audits, provide remediation to 9-1-1 employees when necessary, and provide educational instruction to employees and the public. Work is performed under the general direction of the Emergency Services Assistant Communications Manager (Captain).
Minimum Education and Experience
Associate degree in related field and three to five years as a working a 9-1-1 Telecommunicator preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
