Looking for a part-time weekend closer for our Gourmet to Go counter. As a Kitchen Counter Clerk, you will be essential in delivering professional, outstanding customer service in a fast-paced food service environment delivering exactly what the customer orders. This position involves standing on your feet for long periods of time, and every weekend and all holidays. Join us to contribute to our commitment to quality and service excellence. Must be available to work every weekend, all holidays, and closing shifts.
Duties include, but limited to:
- Maintaining a safe, and clean work environment.
- Answering phone calls and addressing any customer's issues immediately.
- Maintaining knowledge of our food menu, making recommendations, and upselling product.
- Help refreshing of food items and displays keeping displays full and well represented. Maintaining proper rotation of stock and perishable items.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the department and all equipment used within.
- Reporting to the Kitchen Manager when product is low, out of stock, or any issues arise.
- Managing time effectively.
