**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience, answering questions and offering product recommendations
- Accurately handle cash transactions, including processing payments and making change
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in the cash handling process
- Manage and balance cash register, ensuring accurate records and minimizing errors
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of store inventory and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures; which includes communicating and delegating with coworkers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service skills.
