Key Responsibilities Pricing & Execution
- Oversee all pricing activities, including updates, audits, and verification of shelf tags
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of weekly ad changes and promotional pricing
- Maintain alignment between POS (point of sale), shelf tags, and digital systems
- Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies quickly
- Manage daily file maintenance processes, including system updates and data integrity
- Ensure all pricing files, PLUs, and item records are accurate and up to date
- Coordinate with corporate systems and store leadership on price changes or issues
- Maintain organization and accuracy of all file maintenance records
- Supervise, train, and coach FMC clerks
- Provide direction to ensure timely completion of pricing and signage tasks
- Support scheduling and workload prioritization during ad change cycles
- Promote accountability and attention to detail across the team
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing laws, and audit requirements
- Prepare for and support internal and external pricing audits
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for compliance purposes
- Ensure proper signage and labeling standards are consistently met
- Partner with department managers to ensure pricing accuracy across all departments
- Support store leadership in resolving customer pricing concerns
- Assist with troubleshooting POS and pricing system issues
- Ensure signage and pricing communication is clear and consistent
- Previous retail experience required; pricing, file maintenance, or audit experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of POS systems and pricing processes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under deadlines, especially during ad change periods
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, lifting, and handling of signage materials
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Repetitive tasks such as tagging, labeling, and scanning
