What are the responsibilities and job description for the Table Games Dealer position at RANCHO MESQUITE CASINO Inc?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Reports directly to the Floor Supervisor/Shift Manager
- Provides quality customer service and maintains a safe and friendly environment for guests
· Safeguards assets of the Table Games Department
- Must be able to learn the games offered in the Table Games Pit, as well as betting limits and game procedures
- Immediately reports any customer disputes to the Supervisor
- Communicates the status of tables effectively to the Floor Supervisors
- Must follow internal procedures and attendant regulations
- Must have the ability to perform mathematical calculations correctly when paying bets
- All other duties as assigned
