We're looking for an experienced Master Electrician to lead and support electrical operations across The Brook. In this role, you'll be the licensed electrical authority for the property, ensuring our systems, facilities, and entertainment venues operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. From troubleshooting complex electrical systems to mentoring the next generation of electricians, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for both guests and employees.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the property's licensed Master Electrician and technical electrical authority
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial electrical systems and equipment
  • Oversee electrical projects, renovations, and facility improvements
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC, state, and local electrical codes
  • Obtain permits and coordinate inspections as required
  • Supervise, train, and mentor journeyman and apprentice electricians
  • Support live events, entertainment venues, and temporary power distribution needs
  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical distribution and emergency power systems
  • Maintain electrical inventories, equipment records, and maintenance documentation
  • Promote and enforce safe work practices, including lockout/tagout and NFPA 70E standards

What We're Looking For

  • Current New Hampshire Master Electrician License, or ability to obtain NH licensure within an agreed timeframe
  • 7 years of electrical trade experience in commercial, industrial, hospitality, or similar environments
  • Strong knowledge of NEC requirements, electrical safety standards, and commercial power systems
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical systems, motor controls, lighting, and emergency power equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Experience supervising or mentoring electricians preferred
  • Experience with event power, low-voltage systems, or building automation systems is a plus

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional evenings, weekends, and emergency call situations
  • Ability to perform physical work including climbing ladders, lifting up to 90 pounds, and working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
