We're looking for detail-oriented Cage Cashiers to join The Brook's team. In this role, you'll be at the center of casino operations, processing financial transactions with accuracy, maintaining strict compliance standards, and delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
- Process cash, chips, vouchers, tickets, tokens, and promotional transactions accurately and efficiently
- Exchange funds for guests and issue operating funds to internal departments
- Execute ticket payouts and chip redemption transactions
- Balance assigned cash drawers and maintain accurate records
- Input customer information and maintain transaction documentation
- Operate cage equipment, money counters, coin sorters, and computer systems
- Follow all gaming regulations, company policies, internal controls, and Title 31 requirements
- Monitor key control procedures and report discrepancies promptly
- Provide friendly, professional service while building positive guest relationships
- Maintain a secure, organized, and compliant work environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous cash handling, banking, accounting, retail cash office, or casino experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working with large amounts of currency and reconciling balances
- Strong computer and data entry skills, including 10-key proficiency
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established procedures
- Dependable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Gaming License
