Position Schedule: Sunday – Thursday; 10:00AM start time

Job Summary

To provide exceptional retail service to existing customers while meeting personal and team sales goals as well as furthering the mission of Rancho Foods, Inc.

Essential Functions

· Place orders for current sales(personnel's) customers

· Send out price lists to customers

· Answer customer questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability

· Create call sheets for existing customers

· Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions

· Maintain customer records

Job Qualifications

Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service (food industry/distribution)

Ability to speak Spanish is (Required)

High School diploma or equivalent required

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range $18.00 - $24.00 Hourly **Depending on experience
