Job Summary:
Carefully and safely handle the luggage and baggage of the guest. Welcoming guest at the main entrance, and greeting them appropriately as per the time. Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assist customers with loading/unloading luggage.
- Greet by/ Use name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with customer base.
- Assist guests with dining and activity recommendations
- To effectively work in a team environment
- Keeps lobby neat and tidy
- Keeps pool area clean and neat of trash and pool towels
- Makes sure coffee and water throughout the day is fully stocked
- Making sure guest requests are fulfilled
- Keeping lobby stocked with firewood
- Keeping fire going and neat on cold days.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands including nights, weekends and Holidays as needed
