Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, compassionate clinician who is passionate about helping residents achieve their highest level of independence.

Position Responsibilities
- Assist residents with therapy programs as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Support residents in achieving functional and mobility goals
- Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
- Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress
- Provide encouragement, education, and compassionate care during therapy sessions
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $34–$40 per hour, DOE

Qualifications
- Current, active, and unencumbered California Physical Therapy Assistant license
- Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
